Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

Adminifi is committed to making our platform usable by the widest possible audience, including people who rely on assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice input, and browser zoom.

This statement applies to the Adminifi web application (adminifi.app and sibling branded tenants served from the same codebase).

Conformance target

We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.

This product is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA: automated and rule-based conformance is verified continuously (axe-core and Lighthouse accessibility audits run in our build pipeline, and accessibility coverage is enforced as a merge gate), and a manual expert evaluation of the criteria that require human judgment is in progress. “Partially conformant” means some content does not yet fully conform; the known, time-boxed gaps below capture what remains.

Known gaps

We publish known gaps honestly so users can plan around them. We track each item and prioritize them against user-reported barriers.

  • Advanced map area and path editing offers a keyboard-accessible alternative: a labeled coordinate list lets you add, edit, reorder, and remove points without a mouse, producing the same boundary or path as freehand drawing on the map. Next review by .
  • An accessibility exception is under scheduled follow-up so users can plan around it. Next review by .

Reporting accessibility issues

Email hello@adminifi.app to report an accessibility barrier. Include the page or workflow, what you expected to happen, what happened instead, and any assistive technology, browser, or device details that would help us reproduce the issue. Users inside a customer organization may also raise accessibility feedback through their organization’s usual support path so it can be routed to us.
